We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Begzy. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom made items. These include products that are made to order, personalized, or specially manufactured based on individual specifications.

  • We cover all shipping and return costs so you can shop with confidence.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for different products. If you need a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.

Rejected Returns

If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used items or missing packaging), it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
